AGENCY STAFF

Agents

David Suitch, CPCU-- A third generation insurance agent, 23 years of insurance experience, BS degree Accounting and Business Education from Bloomsburg State University, completed the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 1992. Dave is a licensed agent and broker for Property/Casualty Insurance and a licensed agent for Life, Annuities and Accident and Health.

George Wood, CPCU, CIC -- Joined the agency in 1987, holds a BS degree in Accounting from Penn State University. George completed the Charter Property Casualty Underwriter Designation in 1996 and completed the Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1998. He is a licensed agent for Property, Casualtly, Life, Annuities, and Accident and Health.

Francis X. Koomar--One of the most experienced agents in Pennsylvania, Mr. Koomar was first licensed to sell property/casualty insurance in 1932. He served as owner and operator of the Koomar Agency, Inc. in Nesquehoning until it's merger with the Daniel H. Suitch Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1997. Mr. Koomar is a licensed agent and broker for property, casualty, life, accident and health, annuities, variable annuities, pension plans, disability, and long term care products

Dolores Digilio-- Works at the Koomar Agency location in Nesquehoning. Dolores has over 25 years experience as an agent licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, Annuities and Accident and Health.

Customer Support

Susan Belisle-Susan joined the agency in 1999 after a long career with PNC Bank where she advanced to the branch manager level. She handles the receptionist/customer service work for the agency. Her friendly smile and pleasant telephone voice are the first things you encounter at the office.

Barbara Sommers-- Handles the customer service duties at the Koomar Agency. Barbara joined the Koomar Agency in 1980 and holds a Property/Casualty insurance License.

Life Insurance Specialist

Ed Paranich--Ed brings over 20 years of life insurance experience to our agency. Prior to joining the Daniel H. Suitch Insurance Agency, Inc. Ed was affiliated with industry giants Metropolitan Life and State Farm. You can look to Ed for your life, accident and health, long term care, annuity, and disability insurance needs.

Accounting.

Jean Ann Suitch--Joined the agency in 1989 and holds an associates degree in Accounting from Luzerne County Community College. She is also a licensed agent for Property and Casualty. Her duties include accounting manager for the agency.
